FM Fiber Laser Marking Machine is a new generation laser marking
machine system developed by applying the most advanced laser
technology in the world. It uses the fiber laser to export the
laser and the high-speed scanning vibrational mirror system to
realize the marking function. The fiber laser marking machine has a
high conversion efficiency of electro-optic up to above 20% (YAG
3%) which can save the power to a large extend. It employs the air
cooling method and has an excellent heat dispersion performance. It
does not need the air conditioning and water cycle system and the
fiber can be coiled. Its volume is rather small and exquisite, and
the quality of output laser beam is excellent, and furthermore
there is no optics lens in the resonant cavity. It has many
outstanding performances such as free regulation, free maintenance
and high reliability, and therefore it can be used widely to mark
in the aspects of plastic press key, plastic button, charger, light
penetration key of the mobile, and it is specially applied to those
fields that give high standards in the depth, smoothness and
precision such as watch, mould industries and bitmap marking.

solid laser marking machine. It emits TEM00 mode laser beam, the
focusing spot’s diameter is below 20um, and its divergence angle is
1/4 of that of the semiconductor pumping laser and it is specially
used to mark finely and precisely.
7. The functions of the marking software is strong and it can be
compatible with the documents exported by many kinds of software
like Coreldraw, Autocad, Photoshop and etc. It supports the
documents like PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP etc. and can use directly SHX and
TTF character database, and it also supports the marking of the
automatic coding, sequence, batch number, date, bar code,
two-dimension code and automatic number skip.
